There are three main reasons why people have preferred flocked graphics over the years including:

  • soft, pleasing texture
  • intense color
  • quick, 20-second permanent application

Lextra upgraded what until then had been “direct flocking” or “common flocked transfers” in all three of these attributes:

  • softer, more pleasing texture by increasing fiber length from .3-.5mm to .75mm
  • more intense color using translucent nylon fibers instead of traditional rayon
  • application may be “optimized” and reduced to as low as 10 seconds.

Lextra is rapidly replacing more common graphics like direct embroidery thanks to its superior attributes plus the added values of differentiation and authenticity.
